For the third time since getting the job, Avram Grant has reiterated how he selects Black Stars players - and he won't change it due to criticism.
The Ghana boss has had spell out his criteria again after the two friendlies with Senegal and Mali.
“It is open to everybody, I will not change the criteria on criticism,” he said.
This comes on the back of complaints from sections of local media that Ghana-based players are second-class citizens in the Grant regime.
No player based in the top flight was selected for the two games in France.
"First we need quality; we want to be a very good team. Second is personality which includes mentality.
"It is the learning personality because we want continuity and third, they must really put their ego aside and be ready to sacrifice for the national team and for the people in Ghana."
"So if they will follow this three, the door is open for more players.”
The Israeli was speaking after he watched his side play 1-1 with Mali.
