The Black Satellite's top marksman, Ransford Osei is yearning for Black Stars Coach Milovan Rajevac's attention as he sets his sights on a place at the national team's attacking line.
Osei has scored once in one game at the ongoing FIFA-U20 World Cup in Egypt and tells GNA Sports his sights are firmly placed on a call up to the national senior team some day soon.
"It is always an honour to represent my country and I will very much love it if I get the chance to play for the Black Stars”, he said.
"I know the team is rich with very good players but I will gladly cherish a call up if my talent will come in handy. In whatever way I can contribute, I will give it my all”, he added.
According to him, his dream is to play at the Nations Cup in Angola and at the world Cup in South Africa and “I will do my best to place and contribute to the team."
With the Black Satellites, the striker says, finishing as goal king for the three-week fiesta is a hunger that burns intensively every second.
He plans to give his very best in a manner that will help the entire team but without forgetting the dream to take home the golden boot in the end.
Osei scored seven times to emerge goal king at the African Championship in Rwanda in February, and says replicating it at the global stage will be exceptional.
Ghana plays England on Tuesday, September 29 and the striker says, "I will need to score for our progress", in which a win will put the African Champions in the next phase of the competition.
