Medeama have been drawn in the group of death in their debut CAF Confederation Cup campaign.
The Yellow and Mauves have been drawn in Group A alongside reigning Champions League champions TP Mazembe, Ashantigold’s conquerors MO Bejaia and Young Africans from Tanzania coached by former coach Hans van der Pluym.
All three opponents dropped out from the CAF Champions League.
The first round of matches will be played on 17 June.
The two top teams in both groups progress to the semifinal of the tournament.
