“Even though a draw would have reflected the true picture of the game, the boys need to be commended", Doe Frederick Kugbadzor, one of the fans said.
Kugbadzor observed that there had been a marked improvement in the performance of the Starlets and was hopeful that the team would reach the finals with little more effort and dedication to the game.
Some of the fans who are footballers urged the technical bench of the team to do more work on the striking and midfield capabilities of the team to ensure they stay in the contest.
The fans also advised the bench to study the game and their opponents and to make the necessary substitutions at the right time so as not to disrupt the flow of the game of the boys.
They urged the technical bench to encourage the boys and boost them for the next match.
The fans called on the passionate Ghanaian supporters not to be discouraged by the defeat but to consider that the team is only down but not out of the competition since they have another chance to make amends in their next game against Colombia.Source: GNA
