Eight persons are reported dead when the vehicle they were travelling on was involved in an accident Tuesday morning.
DCOP Seth Oteng, Brong Ahafo Regional police commander, who confirmed the accident on Joy FM’s Super Morning Show, said the accident happened at a village called Dawadawa near Kintampo.
The cause was not readily known, but DCOP Oteng says the police are investigating it.
He said about 30 people who got injured have been sent to the Kintampo Health Centre.
