Ghana Premier League best player Latif Blessing has expressed delight with his maiden call-up to the Black Stars team.
Latif following his exploits in last season's Ghana Premier League has been rewarded with a call-up to the team as they prepare for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations in Gabon.
The 21-year-old is already enjoying his time with the Black Stars team after two training sessions.
“Is a big privilege to be in the team, I have been praying for this and I thank God for this,” he spoke to the media after Thursday’s training session.
“I have been working very hard for this opportunity, and thanks to God I have been able to realize the dream, is now up to me to justify myself in the team.”
Blessing scored 17 goals for Liberty Professionals last season.
