Ashantigold coach Bashir Hayford believes his side can break their 20 year wait for a Premier League title.
The Obuasi side have been in stupendous form so far leading the log by a whooping seven points.
The Miners boss is confident his side can go all the way this season and allays fears they will be intimidated by other clubs as the league wears on.
"Most of my players have played on Astroturf before and even this season we defeated WAFA on Astro turf which is a plus to the team," he told Metro FM in Kumasi.
“If you look beautiful you should be proud to say that, so if Ashantigold are doing well I won’t hide my feelings about the team’s performance. We are not afraid of any club in the league.”
They travel to Tema to face Inter Allies on match day-18 of the First Capital Plus Premier League.
