It commended members of the party who had stood firm and resolute against inducements, coercion and deceitful attempts seeking to lure them away from the party.
Mr Greenstreet affirmed the Central Committee's unequivocal support for the National Leadership in spite of the current operational challenges.
He noted that the flag-bearership contest of the party had gathered momentum with a business magnate picking nomination forms on Thursday, January 5, a day after nominations were opened.
The General Secretary pointed out that scores of CPP loyal members had sent emissaries to the party’s headquarters to make enquiries on the flag-bearership contest, qualifications criteria, and other technical issues.
“Ghanaians would be surprised at the close of nominations to the calibre of Nkrumaists who would contest the flag bearership slot,” he added.
