It’s a festival of discounts on the third day of the annual Joy FM Back to School Fair.
As the fair draws to a close Sunday evening, parents and guardians are getting great deals on educational materials for their wards.
Hundreds of parents and guardians together with their wards, are trooping to the Providence Events Centre at the Trade Fair Centre, La, Accra to take advantage of the exciting discounts on offer at the fair.
The 3-day event which has recorded about 70 exhibitors this year, is expected to attract hundreds of patrons who stand the chance of getting books and other stationery items at reduced prices.
The Joy FM Back to School Fair is aimed at bringing together dealers in education-related items as well as parents and guardians as the academic calendar begins.
On the final day, some of the exhibitors are giving discounts ranging from 10%, 20% and more, with exciting giveaways to patrons.
Patrons who spoke to Myjoyonline.com expressed their sincere gratitude to Joy FM describing the fair as timely and money saving.
The fair is enjoying a high patronage as parents and guardians are not left out in the exciting deals the exhibitors are offering.
“I have been busy this weekend but I had to find time to come grab some books, bags and other items for the kids. My wife and I are always busy and we this a perfect opportunity to get everything we need,” a father of two said.
