Ghana Premier League side Asante Kotoko has announced the signing of forward Isaac Mintah.
The 26-year-old joins the Porcupine Warriors on a two-and-half-year deal after his spell with Aduana Football Club.
The instinctive striker comes in at a crucial time for Kotoko who are set to be without talisman Albert Amoah for the next two months.
Mintah scored nine goals and set up three others in 11 games during the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season.
Mintah, speaking about his move to Kotoko, shared: “I’m so happy to join Kotoko; it’s a huge moment in my career. This club has a strong winning mentality, and I’m ready to be part of that.”
“I know there’s a lot of competition for places here, especially in the attacking areas, but that only motivates me to push harder and improve every day. I’m here to give my best, help the team, and contribute to the success of this great club.”
His addition brings increasing confidence among the Kotoko fanbase as they seek to win the league title once again.
The club currently sits sixth on the league table after 16 games and faces Vision FC this weekend.
