Guaranty Trust Bank (Ghana) Ltd is changing its corporate logo, from GTBank to GTCO.
This is in line with the reorganisation of the Guaranty Trust Group into a holding company with interests in both bank and non-bank subsidiaries.
While the logo will be changed across all our visual identity and brand assets, online and offline, the Bank's legal name and operations in Ghana will remain unchanged.
Guaranty Trust Bank (Ghana) Ltd will continue to operate as a fully licensed commercial bank under the supervision of the Bank of Ghana.
The change from GTBank to GTCO will be seen in all the bank’s branches, website, digital platforms, emailers and letterheads, directional signs, pylons, murals, billboards, medians, SLADS, branded merchandise, etc. and will reinforce the brand’s position of ‘The Power of One’, which represents the brand and exposure benefits in its relationship with the mother company and all subsidiaries across 10 countries in Africa and the United Kingdom.
Commenting on the logo change, the Managing Director of GTBank, Thomas Attah John, stated that “This transition to the new GTCO logo seeks to emphasise the fact that the Bank is now part of a financial services group that offers more than just banking.
"While our logo has changed, our commitment to innovation, excellence and dedication to providing excellent banking services to our customers remains the same.
"We are excited about the future and the broader opportunities this brings to our customers in Ghana and across Africa.”
The rollout of the new logo will be implemented gradually across all GTBank Ghana touchpoints.
The Bank assures all customers and stakeholders that the rebranding will not affect existing account details, branch operations or the quality of service delivery.
Guaranty Trust Bank (Ghana) Ltd is a member of the Guaranty Trust Group.
Known for its strong service culture, innovation and professionalism, the Bank remains committed to building long-term relationships with customers, employees and communities in which it operates.
