Journalist Samuel Agyeman of Metropolitan Television based in Accra emerged 2009 Best Journalist of the Year at the 15th Ghana Journalists Association Awards Night held at the Banquet Hall of the State House in Accra. The celebration, sponsored by telecoms giant, MTN and several other corporate bodies, was under the theme: Unethical Journalism and Corruption in the Media: A Danger to Democracy.
