Fabulous Ladies claimed the spoils in the Kumasi derby following victory over Ashtown Ladies in the Northern Division of the National Women's League.
Goals from Agnes Aduako and Priscilla Okyere handed Fabulous Ladies a 2-0 victory at the Wesco Park.
The win leaves Fabulous at the top of the standings as they are the only unbeaten side in the league and yet to concede after six matches.
Oforikrom Ladies lost 1-0 to Ampem Darkoa after Mavis Baffowaa scored the decisive goal.
Grace Adams, Kasira Malik and Mercy Myles all scored to give Prisons Ladies a 3-0 win over Sharp Arrows.
In the Southern Division, champions, Hasaacas kept the pressure at the top as the defeated Lady Strikers 2-0 courtesy goals from Samira Suleman and Perpetual Agyekum.
After bolstering their squads and going back to the drawing board, the National Women's League returns this weekend with the second round matches.
Police Ladies managed a 1-0 victory over Soccer Intellectuals.
In the other contest Rumanatu Tahiru scored to help Immigration Ladies to a 1-0 win against the division's basement ladies, Ayola.
