Ghana Football Association president Kwesi Nyantekyie claims there are no untouchables in the Black Stars and that every player must fight for their place.
Milovan Rajevac is running through the final details of his squad before the official announcement next Tuesday.
The general assumption is that there are a select group of players with their places in that squad guaranteed.
The likes of Michael Essien if he is fit, Richard Kingston, John Mensah are generally considered as some of the places certain to make the cut but Nyantekyie says that is not the case.
"No one has a permanent place in the Black Stars not even Michael Essien," the GFA president said.
"The coach will pick players based on a number of factors but no body can take their place in the side for granted."
