Nsoatreman FC and its official, Kudus Bashiu, have been charged with multiple breaches of the Ghana Premier League (GPL) regulations and the Ghana Football Association (GFA) disciplinary code following their match against Asante Kotoko.
The club faces a charge under Article 22(4) for allegedly allowing an unauthorized individual access to the inner perimeter of the pitch, which led to clashes, and the unfortunate stabbing of Kotoko fan Francis “Nana Pooley” Frimpong.
In a press statement released by GFA, Kudus Bashiu is charged with breaching Article 12(1) (h) of the Disciplinary Code and Articles 34(6)(d) and 22(3)(a) of the league regulations.

Kudus is accused of unlawfully entering the field and allegedly assaulting Asante Kotoko’s Mohamed Camara, an act deemed misconduct and bringing the game into disrepute.
Both Nsoatreman FC and Kudus Bashiu have until Monday, February 24, 2025, to respond to the charges.
