Day Three of the Joy Business Health and Wellness Trade Show started on an energetic note, an aerobics session on Saturday morning.
There were scores of participants both young and old who converged at the forecourt of the National Theater to exercise.
Among the participants were members of the Dansoman Keep Fit Club, the Rats and Rabbits.
Session after session, participant were led through various body workouts to test their balance, endurance and fitness level. Leading the aerobics session was the director of the Dansoman Keep Fit Club, Obrempong Clarence Kuma.
Speaking to Joy Business, he emphasized on the need for regular exercising particularly for those in the corporate world.
"We all need to exercise, not only to build our bodies and burn down fat but also to keep us active. For all those who have monotonous lifestyles and usually do less vigorous activities, exercise should be a priority", he said.
