Western Regional police commander DCOP Hamidu Mahama tells Joy News one more person was apprehended Wednesday night. The jail breaker, Issah Mohammed a.k.a Fulani, a Malian, was arrested in Piposo in the Western Region. Narrating the circumstances under which he was arrested, DCOP Mahama said the youth were suspicious when they saw him and therefore decided to question him, but he took to his heels.
