The management of AGAMS Holdings (formerly AGAMS Group) has been following with keen interest the ongoing reportage on contractual relationship between the Ghana Youth Employment and Entrepreneurial Development Agency (GYEEDA) and Service Providers on GYEEDA modules under them and wishes to offer our initial reaction as follows:
That there are clear inconsistencies, inaccuracies and discrepancies in the
reportage against the affiliate companies within the Holdings.
That companies within the Holdings linked to the allegations are co-operating fully with the ongoing investigations by the Review and Impact Assessment Committee set up by Ministry of Youth and Sports.
That at an appropriate time, the Holdings will respond appropriately to the issues raised in the reportage.
The AGAMS Holdings appreciates the need for transparency in all PPP transactions and is committed to assisting the Ministerial Review and Impact Assessment Committee in protecting the public purse.
