In a demonstration of its commitment to community welfare, the RNAQ Foundation has successfully inaugurated three new food bank branches, significantly boosting food security efforts in the Central and Northern regions of Ghana.
The Cape Coast branch was launched on Monday, immediately followed by the Tamale branch launch on Wednesday.

The expansion marks a crucial step in the Foundation's mission, establishing a robust presence across both regional capitals and bringing immediate relief to vulnerable populations.
The inauguration process began in the Central Region, highlighting the importance of traditional leadership.

President of RNAQ Holdings, Mr Richard Nii Armah Quaye, led a delegation to pay a courtesy visit to the revered Omanhen of the Ogua Traditional Council, Osabarima Kwesi Atta II, at his palace in Cape Coast.
The visit served to secure the traditional leader's blessings and support for the new initiative. Following this high-level engagement, the RNAQ delegation was joined by sub-chiefs of the Ogua Traditional Council to officially open the food bank at Kotokoraba.

The atmosphere at the opening was charged with joy and excitement, with many Kotokoraba residents pouring out their heartfelt gratitude for the Foundation's timely intervention.
The spirit of cooperation continued in the Northern Region. In Tamale, Mr. Quaye and his delegation paid a similar courtesy call to the Chief of Tamale, Nyaba Dakpema Fuseini Bawah, at the Dakpema Palace.

The delegation received a welcoming reception from the second-in-command, Nyaba Dakpema Wulana, and the palace secretary, Mr. Alhassan Basharu Daballi.
The RNAQ delegation was presented with traditional colanuts and the Sub Chiefs received a cash donation from the RNAQ foundation on behalf of the Chief of Tamale.

During his welcoming remarks, Mr. Alhassan expressed profound gratitude to Mr. Richard Nii Armah Quaye on behalf of the people of Tamale, further assuring him of the city's "unconditional commitment" to supporting all RNAQ Holdings businesses operating in the Northern Region.
The celebratory mood was amplified by the presence of the popular Northern music star, Fancy Gadam, who graced the occasion.

The successful launch resulted in the establishment of three new food bank locations: one at Kotokoraba in Cape Coast and two strategically positioned locations in Tamale (at Kukuo and the Agric Traffic Light).
These new branches are now fully operational, extending the reach of the RNAQ Foundation’s food assistance programs and ensuring that essential nutritional support is readily available to families in need across Ghana’s Central and Northern regions.
