The Suspended vice-chairman of the New Patriotic Party(NPP) says he will go to the Supreme Court if the high court fails to annul his suspension.
Sammy Crabbe said the incidents that led to his suspension were 'illegalities' which had nothing to do with him.
Mr Crabbe was suspended by the National Executive Council after he failed to appear before the Disciplinary Committee of the party to answer misconduct charges leveled against him by two members of the party.
He challenged the decision and said it was an act of lawlessness by "coup makers" who had thrown the party's long-held credentials to the dogs.
He proceeded to the Accra High Court months after his suspension to annul the decision.
The case had the suspended chairman of the NPP, Paul Afoko testifying as a witness for the plaintiff. The Suspended General Secretary of the Party, Kwabena Agyepong, was in court in solidarity with the suspended Chairman who testified.
The court on Tuesday, May 10, set June 3 to give its judgement on the case.
Speaking to Joy News’ after the court proceedings on Tuesday, Mr Crabbe vowed to "fight until he can fight no more."
He alleged that there are some sycophants close to the flagbearer of the party, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo whose conduct is killing the party.
He cautioned the NPP "it cannot win an election if the institution [party] is being bastardised."
