As part of efforts to be customer-centric culture, SIC Life Insurance Limited has unveiled Customer Service Ambassadors.
The ambassadors are to among other things promote their brand and also serve as a bridge between the company and its clients.
All 23 branches of SIC Life Insurance across the country will have a customer service ambassador to promote the core values of the company.
Also, the company also unveiled its mascot called ‘Wɔfa Ahotɔ’ which will also help promote the brand.
Speaking at the launch, Managing Director of SIC Life Insurance Ltd, Kwaku Appiah-Menka II said the introduction of the ambassadors is timely.
He indicated that the ambassadors will augment the company’s strategy of creating a customer-centric culture that enhances customer experience.
Mr Appiah-Minka II said though they are doing well in terms of customer satisfaction, they will not rest on their oars.

“We will continue to delight our cherished customers by always providing a listening ear and a shoulder to lean on” he stressed.
The SIC Life MD charged all staff especially the Customer Service Ambassadors to work hard to enable them to achieve their corporate vision of being the leading and most trusted company in the industry.
