New artiste, Kingsley King, is urging Gospel musicians in the industry to focus more on winning souls for God.
In an interview with Adomonline.com, he said gospel musicians should take Gospel music to another level by preaching a message that is not only able to reach out to many communities but also transform people’s lives for the better
“We should keep gospel music alive by working hard, composing songs that inspire, teach and motivate people to do good,” he said.
According to Kingsley King, Gospel music is a powerful tool used in provoking the presence of God, “and I want people to know that salvation is for everyone regardless of age, nationality or race.”
He defined gospel music as the voice of God which is understood by all nations, ethnicity, personality, history and cultures in all languages.
The artiste added that the mission of the Gospel artiste is to make sure that the message carried in their songs touches souls and strengthens people faced with life challenges.
“I have to win souls to God through music and that is my calling,” he added.
The musician, who is currently riding high with his ‘Where You Are’ single featuring Mary Mary of the United States of America, expressed happiness with the response and support he is getting from his fans in Ghana and beyond.
Some of his songs are ‘Draw Me Close’, ‘Lean on Me’ ft Mary Mary’ and ‘Broken Empty’, among others.
