Executives and members of the Air Force Officers' Mess at Elwak in Accra, have commended the Multimedia Group and its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Kwasi Twum for his benevolence.Mr. Twum a fortnight ago donated two 29-inch flat screen television sets to the Air Force Officers' Mess for use at its gymnasium.Klaus Vonbackustein, General Manager of Asempa FM, a member of the Multimedia stable and Ruby Gakpo, Corporate Resources Executive of Multimedia, presented the TV sets to officers of the Mess on behalf of Mr. Kwasi Twum, who said the donation was to augment facilities and enhance the operations of the first-class Mess.Air Commodore E.R. Krakue, Air Force Base Accra Commander and Group Captain G.S. Evans, President of the Mess Committee together with other Mess officers received the donation.A letter of Friday, June 20th, signed by Group Captain G.S. Evans, said “On behalf of the executives and entire membership of AFOM, please accept my sincere and profound appreciation for your kind gesture. The donation is timely and a pleasant surprise at a time when we were making efforts to improve upon the Gym facilities to enhance services to our cherished members.“We hope your kind gesture will strengthen the mutual relationship between AFOM and your company and to further give practical meaning to the need for cordial civil-military relations.”Group Captain Evans expressed the Mess’ deep gratitude for the magnanimous donation and wished the company the best in the years ahead.
