Unilever Ghana PLC has been adjudged #1 Top Employer for 2022.
Our sister markets in the West Africa Multi-Country Organisation (WA MCO), i.e., Nigeria and Cote d’Ivoire, have been equally adjudged #1 Top Employer for 2022 in their respective markets.
We were recognized at the Top Employer 2022 Awards, following a rigorous assessment of the HR Best Practices survey.
The survey assessed HR domains including; People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being, Sustainability, and Diversity & Inclusion and more.
In his remarks on the awards, the Managing Director of Unilever Ghana PLC, George Owusu-Ansah, said, "this award gives expression to our commitment to always put our people first in all we do as a business. Our people will always remain our number one priority as an organization."
