Nigerian actress Adesua Etomi-Wellington, during the week, shared with fans a remix of one of her husband’s songs.
In a video shared on Instagram, the wife of Banky W was seen singing the acapella version of the 2009 hit, ‘Strong Thing’.
“[I]Did this as a tribute to my insanely talented husband @bankywellington. Everything you hear was recorded by me, by mouth. It was stressful but fun. 😫😆. I activated the 'W' in me that was hidden,” she wrote.
The actress also shared some behind-the-scenes videos shot when she was recording the song.
“Watch till the end for a surprise. This took hours. Shoutout to people that do Acapella covers cause it's way harder than it looks. The final product is DOPE! If i may say so myself."
"This is just a lil snippet. Shoutout to my insanely talented husband @bankywellington for releasing 'Strong Thing' in the first place," Adesua wrote.
Banky W and Adesua Etomi tied the knot on November 19, 2017, in a star-studded ceremony.
They welcomed their first son, Hazaiah, in January 2021.
