It was all joy for Mr. and Mrs. Amponsah, as they cruised to victory in the second episode of the Love Edition of the Joy FM Family Pop Quiz.
The second episode of the Valentine’s Day promo, dubbed ‘We Are One’, was aired live on Joy 99.7 FM on Sunday, February 5, during which the 4-year old couple better proved how much of a couple they truly are.
The love birds, William Yeboah Amponsah and Lily Ofori Amponsah, we’re crowned winners on the day, bagging a total of 18 and a half points from two interesting and exciting segments; general knowledge and ‘knowing me knowing you’. The couple obviously could not hide their joy as they join winners from last week’s episode in the grand finale on February 18, where they compete for the ultimate prize of a love trip together to a great destination and a weekend stay in a plush hotel in Ghana.

Other rewards include an access to the Kwabena Kwabena Love Night concert, a love dinner and loads of other freebies from sponsors of the ‘We Are One’ promotion. Sponsors of the Love Edition of the Joy FM Family Pop Quiz include Sonotech Medical and Diagnostic Centre, District 24, Vinakoper and Caveman.
Coming second on the afternoon were the Appiah and Kodua families who ended the episode in a tie with 16 points each, followed by a 10-point score from Mr. and Mrs. Deynoo. The second, third and fourth placed families, just like other participants take home consolation prizes.
Join host Edem Knight-Tay and the contesting couples on the next episode of the show on Sunday, February 12, at 3pm, on Joy 99.7 FM, and live on Facebook.
‘We Are One’, the Love edition of the Joy FM family Pop Quiz promises to be the best fun valentine yet for couples.
