It is yet another week of the Cues and Lyrics music reality show and the week is dedicated to Ghanaian music.
Contestants are geared towards nailing the task of bringing on any Ghanaian song of their choice.
Last week’s freestyle show witnessed mixed feelings from the singers as well as the judges, Bullgod and Doreen Andoh, who were not too impressed with some of the performances.
Young female vocalist, Traygan, for the second time, won the hearts of the judges with a gripping freestyle of ‘Be My Man’ by Nigerian-French songstress, Asa.
This Sunday's challenge is another chance for these aspiring musicians to demonstrate their musical prowess and prove their worth to the judges.
As the contestants were urged by Bullgod last week, “The rest, go and work on your game and beat her next time, if not you’re going home.”
Who takes over from Traygan as "star performer" for the freestyle challenge?
Watch the Ghanaian songs showdown this Sunday at 8:30 p.m. on the Joy Prime channel as these talents bring on their favourite local songs.

Which of the contestants have impressed you so far? Dial *711*60# to vote for your favourite.
Join and help celebrate Ghanaian music and musicians this Sunday. Cues and Lyrics airs every Sunday.
