Executive Council member, Nana Oduro Sarfo has backed the decision of the Ghana Football Association to stick with Otto Addo as the head coach of the Black Stars.
The trainer is under huge pressure to be dismissed by the country's football governing body after failing to qualify Ghana for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
The senior national team went six games without a victory including two losses at home.
Despite the disappointing run of form, the Ghana FA believes Addo is still the right man to lead the team.
"When Milo was sacked along that line, if you've listened to our tone, we were saying we've seen progression of him and they [Ghanaians] says no, sack him," Sarfo told Guide Sports.
"So pressure was put on us to sack the coach and we did. This time, we will not allow anybody to put pressure on us to sack a coach.
"We've seen coaches who have failed in one, two, and done well in their third [year] and we gave this young man [Otto Addo] a job to do.
Addo will assemble his squad in March for the 2026 World Cup qualifiers against Chad and Madagascar.
Meanwhile, the FA has made four new additions to the technical team - Winfried Anton Schafer (technical director), Kris Perquy (Sports Psychologist), Gregory De Grauwe (Video Analyst) and Desmond Ofei (Assistant coach) - ahead of the crucial matches
