Ghana international Osman Bukari scored his first goal of the 2025 Major League Soccer (MLS) season in Austin FC's first game of the season.
Bukari scored the only goal of the game as his side claimed all three points against Sporting City Kansas on Saturday night.
The 26-year-old was handed a starting berth in the opening game of the campaign and made the most of the opportunity given him.
There was very little threats from both teams in the opening half of the game as they went into the break with no goals between them.
The second saw Austin pose more threats than the did in the opening 45 minutes with one of them being Bukari's goal in the 76th minute.
The winger will be hoping he can carry on from here after a good start to the new season.
