Through her foundation, Rita has made significant strides in promoting education, empowerment, and maternal health within underserved communities.
Under her leadership, the Pearlescent Foundation has successfully enrolled numerous out-of-school children, giving them renewed access to education and hope for a brighter future.
The organisation has also empowered underprivileged individuals, especially women and youth, by helping them acquire vocational skills and start small-scale businesses, fostering independence and long-term sustainability.

In 2022, Rita relocated to England, where her commitment to service has only grown stronger.
Motivated by her enduring compassion for humanity, she has since volunteered with Cancer Research UK and Diabetes UK, contributing her time and skills to advance health awareness and community support initiatives.
