Republic Bank Ghana, in partnership with Enterprise Life Assurance, has launched three enhanced insurance products aimed at providing customers with greater financial protection and improved benefits.
The products are the Enhanced Funeral Finance Plan Unlimited, Family Income Security Plan, and Enhanced Educare.
General Manager in charge of Commercial and Retail Banking at Republic Bank, Joseph Laryea Ashong, said the initiative forms part of the bank's efforts to provide insurance solutions that respond to the changing financial needs of its customers.
The enhanced products are designed to offer individuals and families greater financial support during critical periods.
The Enhanced Funeral Finance Plan Unlimited provides expanded funeral protection, while the Family Income Security Plan is designed to provide financial support to families in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
The Enhanced Educare seeks to help parents secure funding to support the education of their children.
Senior Manager for Technical and Life Administration at Enterprise Life, Sidney Frimpong Selby, said the enhanced products have been developed with the changing needs and expectations of customers in mind.
“This enhanced launch was necessitated by some finding from our research from the market. It was identified that the benefit level has changed over the period and clients have the ability to go in for more insurance products but we didn’t have them on our old solutions so these are things we considered when we were doing our enhancement”, he said.
General Manager in charge of Commercial and Retail Banking at Republic Bank, Joseph Laryea Ashong, said the partnership demonstrates the commitment of both institutions to providing customers with insurance solutions that offer meaningful financial protection.
The partnership between Republic Bank Ghana and Enterprise Life is expected to improve access to insurance while helping individuals and families better prepare for financial uncertainties.
The institutions say the enhanced offerings are part of broader efforts to deliver more relevant and customer-focused insurance solutions.
