Former Asante Kotoko coach Herbert Addo has agreed a one-year contract to handle newly installed Premier League boys Aduana United.
Addo was denied a contract extension at the Kumasi-based side after a poor show in the off-season despite turning round the fortunes of the club in league.
He has handled several clubs in the top flight including Hearts of Oak, the then Obuasi Goldfields and a short stint with Gamba All Blacks.
Aduana Stars were surprise qualifiers from this year's middle league promotional play-offs and Addo has been tasked to ensure their survival.
"We know of his qualities and we have entrusted the club in his hands. We promise him of our support and he has to do his part. We hope our marriage will be successful," Aduana Vice Chairman Takyi Arhin told Ghanasoccernet.com.
