Sundowns coach, Pitso Mosimane believes his side are in a better place to qualify for the group phase of the CAF Confederation Cup.
The former Bafana Bafana boss has warned Medeama that they will face a different Sundowns in Wednesday's CAF Confederation cup second leg than the one they met a fortnight ago.
The Yellow-Mauve boys welcome the PSL champions to the Essipong Sports Stadium for the second leg, with the South Africans holding a 3-1 advantage.
And Pitso is confident of reaching the Group stage ahead of Medeama.
"Each football match has its history," he told Asempa Sports."
'I'm not pretty sure, I'm pretty confident. I believe in my players, I believe that we can do it but I know it's difficult,' he said
"We will try to do what it takes to qualify, as will Medeama. But I think it will be a more difficult game than the first leg for various reasons.
"But if we did it two weeks ago, we can do it”.
"We have an advantage in the result, which is important. We will try to impose our game. It will be a great challenge for Sundowns. We know our intentions and we will try to put it into practice. We need to have the right mental approach"
Medeama who are without head coach Tom Strand will be hoping to qualify into the money zone for the first time after they failed in their previous attempt in 2014.
