Leading global ICT solutions provider, Huawei, has opened an ultramodern office complex in Accra.
The office complex which will serve as its headquarters in Ghana, will also support the company’s operation in Sierra Leone and Liberia as well.
“We have a model data centre here which is actually the brain of our office and it fits into the global data infrastructure of Huawei which connects us to the over 170, 000 Huawei employees worldwide”, Public Relations Manager of Huawei Ghana, David Amoako told JOY BUSINESS.

Vice President,Kwesi Amissah Arthur who graced the ceremony applauded the efforts of the company in promoting the use of technology in the country and reiterated governments support for the ICT sector in the education system.
China’s ambassador to Ghana, Sun Baohong also spoke about the remarkable contributions Chinese companies including Huawei have made in improving the economy of Ghana.
Huawei is a leading global information and communications technology (ICT) solutions provider that is driven by responsible operations, on-going innovation, and open collaboration to establish a competitive ICT portfolio of end-to-end solutions in telecom and enterprise networks, devices, and cloud computing.
