Chief Inspector Samuel Gyarteng told the court that on January 25, officials of the Ghana Cocoa Board Anti-Cocoa Smuggling Unit arrested the convict for having sold cocoa spraying chemicals which were to be given to farmers free of charge. He said a member of the task force bought a bottle of Confidor and Akita Master from the convict.
