A Financial Court has reviewed the bail conditions for businessman Alfred Woyome from GHC54 million to GHC20 million. Woyome, who is embroiled in a judgment debt payment saga, will however provide three sureties to be justified. Mr. Woyome is being tried along with three others on charges including conspiracy to defraud and defrauding by false pretense in the payment of some 51 million cedi judgment debt to him. He has been in custody since he was granted bail on Monday. His lawyers have been in court to contest the original bail conditions despite earlier claims they had secured far in excess of the 54 million cedis with two sureties required by the court.
