Multi TV as part of its Social responsibility to help children in deprived schools, on Friday hosted pupils of Boundary Road and Castle Road Schools, from the Adabraka cluster of Schools. The pupils were met at the various units by members of the unit who took them through roles they play to get various programs on air.The first unit they visited was Production, where the head of the unit, Eugene Odame took them through some of the things that happen in the studio, control room and Master Control room. From there, they also visited the Post Production unit, where most of the footages put on air are edited. At the place, visual editor, Naa Arduah took them through. The next place they visited was the newsroom where assignment editor Martha Crenstil and Producer, Joojo Cobbinah were their guides. The students also had a feel of doing voice overs. They were taken to the vocal booth to try reading like broadcasters. Some of them expressed interest in pursuing careers in the journalism profession. From Multi TV, the group was taken to Joy FM, where they went through the same process to know how programs are aired on radio.
