Following a successful launch in Accra and across the continent, AfricaWorks is set to add another space at Stanbic Heights to its growing portfolio.
The space which is due to open in April 2022 will feature private office suites, shared workstations and hot desks in a space with distinctive architecture, a serene environment, and a central location.
The new workspace covers 412sqm, a business lounge, nine shared desks, 70 private desks, an AfricaWorks Cafe, Meeting Rooms, a Growth Room as well as a Boardroom.
On-site amenities include ample parking spaces, Wi-Fi, 24-hour access, and an uninterrupted power supply.
This, the company says, is the perfect space for people who lead a busy life and need a central place to conduct business.
Gregoire Schwebig, Founder & CEO of AfricaWorks, commented, "our new Accra location extends AfricaWorks track record of delivering high-quality flexible office spaces to businesses across the continent. Ghana is one of Africa’s fastest-growing economies, and we are excited to expand our cost-effective, efficient, office space model to the Accra market. The new space will allow us to serve many more companies seeking to grow their businesses without the burdens of expensive traditional long-term leases”.
Josephine Doegah, Country Managing Director, AfricaWorks Ghana said "it is amazing to watch the growth of AfricaWorks in Accra. Not only is Accra a flourishing city in terms of culture but also for business. AfricaWorks provides a central location for entrepreneurs and businesses to work, connect and network”.
Accra has emerged as one of the most robust and developed business ecosystems on the continent, and AfricaWorks is poised to help strengthen and drive business growth in Accra.
