On Friday, 27th March 2026, the E4Impact Foundation, in partnership with Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, will host a landmark event, the dual launch of the Italian Innovation Center and the I.N.S.P.I.R.E. Entrepreneurship and Job Fair funded by the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS) and the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF)at Amartey Towers Building, University of Professional Studies (USPA).
The I.N.S.P.I.R.E. Entrepreneurship and Job Fair is an event that represents a decisive step in Ghana’s socio-economic transformation under the I.N.S.P.I.R.E. Project (Implementing New Solutions for the Professional Integration of Human Resources in the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem in Ghana), a strategic initiative designed to catalyse growth by integrating youth, women, and persons with disabilities (PWDs) into the formal economy, implemented by Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, E4Impact Foundation, University of Professional Studies, Accra, CRISP Università di Milano-Bicocca, VIS Volontariato Internazionale per lo Sviluppo, and Don Bosco Youth Network West Africa, with funding from the Agenzia Italiana per la Cooperazione allo Sviluppo 18.
A Blueprint for Economic Resilience
Spanning the Greater Accra, Ashanti, Northern, Bono, and Western regions, the I.N.S.P.I.R.E. Project aims to create 1,620 sustainable jobs and support the scaling of 570 SMEs. By upskilling 4,615 youth through specialised Vocational Training Centers, the project bridges the critical divide between classroom theory and market reality. This multi-stakeholder alliance, which includes UPSA, CRISP, VIS, and Don Bosco West Africa, aligns with national priorities to foster a high-caliber, pre-vetted talent pipeline.
