Speaking to Citi News after the court hearing on Monday, Mr. Bill Annan, also known as Nii Okaidja III, noted that the ruling by the court is a clear indication that he has always been the rightful Gbese Mantse.
He mentioned that unlike , he has gone through all the customary processes without exception, and has been recognised as the rightful Gbese Mantse.
