The father of an 18 year old girl who died in a car accident is blaming authorities of her school, the Krobo Girls Secondary School, for her death.
Amanda Owusu-Afriyie Kornor died in an accident last week on her way to school.
Her father says during the holidays, school authorities asked parents whose wards are writing the November/December WAEC exams to allow them to stay in school and prepare for the exams.
The school charged 250 cedis per student for feeding and transport to the exams centre at the Yilo Krobo Secondary School.
Mr. Kornor says after taking the money, the school authorities asked the students to leave the school and rather commute from home to the campus everyday, without offering any explanations.
It was on one of the trips from Accra to Krobo Odumase that 18-year-old Amanda met her untimely death.
Her distraught father, Warrant Officer Eric Kornor, told Joy News’ Araba Koomson he would drag the school to court.
