The Hayil Ladies Ministry of Fountain Gate Chapel,Ofankor branch, has presented assorted fruits to patients and staff of the Amasaman General Hospital in Accra Saturday.
The gesture was done to show the extent of love mothers give to their children and ahead of Mothers' Day celebration.
The event was under the Fountain Gate Chapel’s theme for 2017, “All Sufficiency.” The national Hayil Ladies theme is also “The Woman of Substance.”

President of the Ministry, Bernice Adamu Amanfo said the donation was in fulfillment of the Association’s mission to demonstrate what the Gospel entreat all men to do - to show love and care.
“We help society [and] whatever it is God has given to us we love to also share with the society," she said.
Mrs Adamu Amanfo said the Ministry was interested in helping patients and staff of the hospital celebrate the Mothers' Day lacking nothing.

She explained the Ministry donated fruits as part of the items because it constitute a high percentage of cell replacement which help boost the immune system of the body.
The donation formed part of the worldwide annual celebration of ‘Mother’s Day’-which falls on every second Sunday in May. It is a moment recognized to show appreciation to mothers in their relentlessly unconditional affection for humanity.
