The former Chief Executive Officer for Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, Dr. Anthony Nsiah Asare says homosexuality is an absurdity in the highest level.
Dr. Nsiah Asare said it baffles his mind that a man will have sex with his fellow man, adding he can hardly understand why people will engage in such act.
He is the latest to jump into the frail to condemn homosexuality in Ghana.
Commenting on Adom FM’s Dwaso Nsem on Wednesday in relation to an alleged sodomy of a 14 year old boy by a 49 year old Pastor of the 12 Apostles Church near Asamankese in the Eastern region, Dr. Nsiah Asare said the Pastor may be suffering from mental instability.
He wondered why a man will choose a fellow man over a woman, adding it is not a proper thing to be tolerated at all.
Apart from biblical condemnation of homosexuality, Dr. Nsiah Asare said homosexuality causes a lot of diseases.
He noted that if homosexuality practice goes on for a certain period in the country, it could affect population growth.
