The Information Minister says he does not possess a white Toyota Land Cruiser with a customized number plate.
Mustapha Abdul-Hamid in a Facebook post on Wednesday said he has never used a white 4x4 wheel vehicle in his life.
“Anyone who knows me well will know that I will never customize a vehicle registration number either in my name or otherwise,” he said.
His reaction comes at a time when many people are pointing fingers that some members of the Akufo-Addo government are corrupt.
Some people have alleged that it is only one year in office but some government appointees are already living a luxurious life.
But according to the vociferous Minister, further checks with the Driver Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) have revealed that the said vehicle does not exist.
He added that “any person who sees the said vehicle should report to the nearest police station since the registration is fake, which is criminal.
