One half of the award-winning music duo, Keche Joshua says that he is still in doubt even after nine years of Castro went missing.
He mentioned that the artiste played a very significant role in the establishment of the group adding that the name ‘Keche’ was originally from him.
“He brought us here, he believed in us, he told Kaywa, Kaywa these boys are my own I beg you groom them…, Castro could go to London, do shopping and bring it to us”, he recalled.

The duo, speaking on Prime Morning, said that they had a song to record with Castro and he promised to deliver once he comes back from a funeral in Kumasi.
“Later we heard that he had a call and he told his brother to take the lead and go to Kumasi then he will join them later, he went to Ada so I was in the room in the afternoon when I had a call that Castro had drowned”, Keche Andrew said.
Joshua said that he always knew Castro to be a good swimmer. Therefore, he believes there was no way he could have drowned in the sea.
“I know Castro is a good swimmer, way back from Sekondi, and I heard he was wearing a vest so it is difficult he could’ve drowned,” he explained.
“I’m not sure he got to the estuary, and the officials there will not even allow you to get that far so I’m just going with what people are saying but I can’t believe it until I see his body”, he indicated.
Keche said that the video to the “Something must kill a man” song is finally out and also promised to launch their maiden concert this year.
