Ghanaian gospel musician Joyce Blessing has opened up on the inspiration behind featuring secular artistes on her songs.
According to the 'Heavy Price' singer, most of the secular musicians that people despise, are friendly and always willing to team up with her on music projects.
Joyce Blessing who has songs with Becca, the late Jewel Ackah, Amerado and King Paluta told Andy Dosty in a interview on Daybreak Hitz about how a gospel artiste declined doing a song with her.
"I think I wanted a collabo from some of my colleague gospel artistes, I won't mention name [and the person turned me down].
"I think the person felt I was a competitor so he would not give me the [feature]," Joyce told Andy.
After doing a remix of her 'Overdo' with Amerado, she is currently out with a new song featuring King Paluta, titled 'Correct.'
Joyce also told Andy Dosty that she is looking forward to doing collaborations with more secular musicians like Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, and Sarkodie.
