The life and legacy of the late Mrs. Rosemond Owusu Boadi, Chief Executive Officer of the Eno Baatanpa Foundation, were celebrated in a solemn yet uplifting atmosphere as gospel music, tributes, and thanksgiving marked her final funeral rites.
Mrs. Owusu Boadi, a native of Asamankese in the Lower West Akim District, was called to eternal glory on July 23, 2025, leaving behind a legacy defined by compassion, service, and unwavering dedication to humanity. Her passing was deeply felt across Ghana’s philanthropic and Christian communities.

The final funeral rites, held from January 9 to January 12, 2026, attracted family members, friends, traditional leaders, clergy, foundation executives, and sympathizers from across the country and beyond. The four-day ceremony blended deep mourning with celebration, as attendees reflected on a life widely described as impactful and selfless.
One of the major highlights of the celebration was the ministration in music by renowned gospel artistes, whose performances brought comfort and hope to grieving hearts. Leading the worship moments were Mz Nana, the beloved daughter-in-law of the late Mrs. Owusu Boadi, alongside celebrated gospel ministers Diana Hamilton and Rev. Obaapa Christy. Their soul-stirring renditions ushered the congregation into intense moments of worship, reflection, and assurance in the Christian hope of resurrection.

The presence of these gospel powerhouses added a deeply spiritual dimension to the ceremony, transforming the funeral grounds into a place of praise and thanksgiving to God for a life well lived.
Tributes delivered by family members, church leaders, executives of the Eno Baatanpa Foundation, and beneficiaries of its humanitarian projects painted a picture of a woman of vision, humility, and extraordinary generosity. Speakers recounted how Mrs. Owusu Boadi tirelessly worked to uplift the vulnerable, empower communities, and promote Christian values through her foundation.

The funeral rites culminated in a final interment and thanksgiving service, during which prayers were offered for the peaceful repose of her soul and for divine strength for the bereaved family. Mourners departed with renewed resolve to continue the mission of love and service that Mrs. Rosemond Owusu Boadi championed throughout her lifetime.
