Liberty Professionals boss J.E Sarpong has tipped his side to earn a top-four finish with five games to end the season.
Sarpong has helped to halt the club’s poor run of form and revived their campaign which was once headed for relegation.
Liberty beat Heart of Lions 2-1 at home on Sunday to catapult the team to 7th position on the league table with a two point difference between themselves and third-placed Medeama SC.
The ex-Great Olympics and Okwahu United boss has not given up hope of a top-four finish in the Glo Premier League this term.
“We didn’t start well but I’m glad we are getting our form back at the right time and a top-four finish is within our reach,” Sarpong said.
“We’re playing well and the team spirit and chemistry is spot on. There is massive love and unity in the team now and that has accounted for the turnover of events in the club.
“There is believe among the players and the technical team that we can do it and the can do spirit will carry us far.”
