A circuit court at Hohoe granted 100 Ghana cedis bail with a surety to Vincent Ekitse, 18, from Tafi-Atome in the Volta Region, for dumping polythene containing human excreta in classroom.Ekitse, would appear in Court on September 9.Police Inspector, Mr Emmanuel Kpodo, told the court presided over by Ms. Janet Awo Bakudie that the assistant head teacher of the Tafi-Atome Roman Catholic Primary School complained of persistent depositing of human excreta in a classroom.Prosecution said on May 8, this year, a teacher of the school saw Atsu Ekitse brother of the accused deposit faeces wrapped in polythene in the classroom while school assembly was going on.Inspector Kpodo told the court that when Atsu Ekitse was questioned about his conduct, he said the accused sent him to do so.Vincent however denied the allegation in his caution statement to the police.Source: GNA
