• Extension of the Student Loan Plus Policy for flexible tertiary education financing.
• Feasibility studies for restoration of water bodies.
• Further deployment of 1,020 blue-water guards by end of 2025.
• Construction and upgrading of Agenda 111 hospitals pending status report.
• Continuation of anti-corruption work with new strategic framework and ethical governance.
• Repeal of LI-2462 to formally end mining in forest reserves.
• Further strengthening of security agencies with a billion-cedi retooling budget.
• Promotion of national productivity through job creation, modern agriculture, and SME support as part of the 24-hour economy initiative.
